My return experience
I always make sure to check out reviews before buying something. I sent back my order when I was supposed to, but I haven't gotten my money back yet. Dealing with customer service has been a total nightmare, and the lack of communication is driving me crazy. It's really disappointing that a brand that's supposed to be top-notch is giving such terrible service.
