Oh my gosh, this website is awesome! They have like a million things for all kinds of hobbies. I bought a model airplane kit and it was really easy to find on their site. Checking out was fast and easy, didn't even need my mom's help. The kit came pretty quickly and I had a blast putting it together. I'm excited to buy more things from here!

Bulletproof coffee purchase
I've always been a loyal Bulletproof coffee drinker and loved their products. But man, I'm really disappointed in their customer service lately. It's gone downhill fast in the past couple of months, like from a 7.5 to a 1. My packages keep getting delayed for like three weeks each time, and they don't even bother apologizing or keeping me in the loop. I've tried reaching out for help via text, but it's like talking to a brick wall - no one ever responds. And to make matters worse, on Black Friday I scored a big discount on a bunch of stuff, only to later find out my order didn't actually go through even though it looked good on my end. Now I've gotta reorder everything at full price, which sucks big time. I really hope they step up their game with the customer service because I'm a big fan of their products.
