New shoes bought online
I ordered these really cute shoes online a while back and I was so pumped to get them. They looked like total fire and the price was right. But man, it took forever for them to finally ship! I hit up the support team and they said it would be 3-5 days but a week later, nothing. I reached out again but now I'm not sure if I want to keep waiting. I just wanna rock those cute shoes already! So if you're looking for some quick service, maybe check out another spot.

I picked up 4 things and OMG, when I tried to take back 3 of 'em, it was like the worst thing ever! The company's return policies for Canada are so not cool. They didn't even hook me up with return labels. I had to cruise over to Landmark Global and drop 'em off there. Like, really? How are they gonna know where to send my stuff without labels? Ugh, I've dealt with this issue at other American stores before and I'm totally done. I'm just gonna shop on Amazon from now on, they actually show love to their customers.
