Documentation software
I've been using this document software and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how easy and efficient Zegal is. It makes creating legal documents feel like a breeze, which is great for someone like me who doesn't love dealing with paperwork. The only downside I found was that I couldn't work on too many papers at once. Other than that, I have no complaints about Zegal's service. I do wanna give a shoutout to Regina, the customer service rep I talked to - she was super helpful and really made sure all my questions were answered.

Online order never received
I never got my online order because it was sent to the wrong city. I've tried reaching out to the company a few times, but no luck. It's frustrating that they haven't been responsive or taken accountability. As a customer, I was hoping for better service and reliability from them.
