Dog kennel from UnbeatableSale via Walmart.com
I bought this dog kennel from UnbeatableSale on Walmart.com and had a bad time. I thought it was from Walmart, but it was actually from UnbeatableSale. Then, three days after ordering, I got an email saying they had to cancel my order because of a pricing mistake. This led to a 10-day hold on my card because of their error, which was super annoying. The whole situation left me feeling let down by their customer service.

Order issue
I had a big problem with my order from this company. When my order didn't ship on time, I contacted customer service multiple times over a week and a half. Sadly, I kept getting the same unhelpful response from one agent who didn't really address my concerns. Right when I was about to give up on this company completely, I decided to send one last email. Luckily, a different agent replied and was able to fix the problem. The way they handled the issue turned me from a dissatisfied customer to a loyal one. Now, every time I order from this company, I always make sure to shout out the great service that agent provided. I've even recommended this company to a bunch of friends, all of whom have had positive experiences, showing that the problem with the unhelpful agent has been sorted out.
