Vintage WWII aircraft model
I got this really awesome model of a WWII airplane from this place and it was amazing! The details were spot-on and it looked just like the real deal. I'm really into history, and this model made me feel like I was back in time, flying with the pilots.

Tight return policy
The return policy at this store is just crazy. They make you pay a big fee for return shipping and only let you ask for a refund within a short period of time. If you miss that window, they try to push you into taking store credit instead. It's not very customer-friendly, especially when the stuff is still available. And to make matters worse, the sizes of the things I bought were totally wrong. I'm definitely not coming back to shop here.
