CDB/Melatonin Gummies
I found these really awesome gummies that have CBD and melatonin in them. I have this issue where I need to pee a lot at night, like every 90 minutes, but normal meds don't do much for me. Ever since I started taking these gummies, my life has totally changed! Now I can actually get about 4 hours of sleep before I have to get up to pee, and I can fall back asleep much quicker. It's seriously amazing, and I feel a lot better during the day now.
