Signed up for this to watch my grandson's HS football games since there are no spectators allowed in the stadiums yet. I'm terribly disappointed. The quality of the picture is quite poor, especially when mirroring to our TV from the laptop. The camera does not follow the game action, it easily loses the ball and often would turn to the end zone to follow someone walking or a flag blowing in the wind instead of the game play in the middle of the field. I realize it's automated, but there should be some method to allow a person to adjust during a game to accommodate the viewers that are paying for this service. Also, reader board at the bottom of the screen not only did not update to reflect our time clock and score, but had different team names displaying. Definitely needs work and we are extremely disappointed that updates/upgrades weren't made during this time of covid lockdowns and minimal access to live events.
