I was not happy with my purchase because after paying for it and using the product it didn't fix the problem. I asked for a refund and noticed a little item about free technical support with purchase. Why not, I asked, nothing else had worked. I got tech on chat and they got into my computer to try to solve the issue. They went here and there and everywhere, but after about 45 minutes they fixed the problem and now I adore Outbyte!
