Ordered Outbyte to fix a problem where I was receiving annoying notifications every 15 minutes about vccorlib140.dll incompatibility. The ordering and installation process was not good but I eventually was able to download and run the program. That caused significant problems on my PC. I contacted service and the contact was friendly and helpful. He had to spend a great deal of time undoing the damage that the program caused but it appears that everything has been fixed.
