Discreet packaging, variety, fair prices
The site has a great selection of products for everyone, with lots of choices for both men and women. The prices are pretty decent, but some of the nicer toys can be a little spendy. What really impressed me was how amazing the customer service was. Carmen, especially, went out of her way to help me with my problem. She really cared about making sure I was happy and was so quick to respond and fix things. The people who work at this company really know how to treat their customers right.
