Mystery box disappointment
I bought two mystery boxes from this company not too long ago. I was really looking forward to seeing the surprises inside, but when I opened both boxes, they were exactly the same. I know there might be some repetition, but getting two identical boxes was not what I had in mind. So, I contacted customer service about it, but their responses were not helpful and the issue was not resolved. I have to say, I am pretty let down by the whole experience and don't plan on buying from this company again. There are plenty of other brands out there with way better customer service.
