Laptop purchase
So, I tried to buy a laptop from this website and it was a complete disaster. I wanted it sent to a different address as a gift, but they thought it was fraud even though I entered that address at checkout. They couldn't even resolve the issue and just pointed fingers at some third-party verifier. It was a total mess and I'll never purchase from them again.
