Quick email response and delivery was within a week. No problem with Mia Bella.Just a little disappointed with quality. One button was off but in bag and I had to sew it on and reinforce button holes because it is a tweed material and was fraying. Tulle on bottom seems to be a cheaper grade and has wrinkles which I have been trying to get out. Bow on waste is deceiving and uneven. No problem with company just disappointed with quality.
