Blanket
Never again! Lost my blanket. Refused to send a refund or another blanket. When they finally agreed to refund me they actually just charged me again. So now I have to dispute 2 charges with my CC company. I’m hindsight I probably should have done that from the beginning but I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. And seriously their prices really aren’t that great!!!!! I ended up getting the same blanket off Amazon for cheaper with free shipping and had it in 2 days. Chics used to be my go too and I’ve spent A LOT of money with them over the years. NEVER AGAIN
