Flash drives purchase
I was lookin' for a good supplier for custom flash drives, and that's when I found iPromo. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to order. The customer service folks were real quick to get back to me and even sent over a sample picture and a good price. The flash drives got to me fast and they looked really great. I was super happy with the product quality and my whole experience with iPromo. Big thanks to the iPromo team - I'll definitely be comin' back for more.

Oversized sunglasses
I bought these really big sunglasses online, but they're way too large for my face! I've been trying to exchange them for two weeks now, but the customer service hasn't gotten back to me. I've sent a bunch of reminders but still no word. They said they have an easy exchange policy on their site, but it's just not happening. It's so frustrating!

Cute clothes
I got some super cute clothes from this website, but I ran into an issue with my order. I ordered a bunch of stuff, but not everything arrived when it was supposed to. When I reached out to them, they mentioned they were swamped because of the busy season. After a few more back-and-forths, they admitted that only a couple of items were out of stock. So I asked them to just send me what they had and refund the rest, which they did. It would have been nice if they had suggested that option right off the bat.
