Full US broadcast for international subscribers
As a viewer from abroad, I was really happy to be able to watch all the American broadcasts, commercials included. It did take a bit of time to get everything sorted out, but once the preseason was over, everything was working smoothly and I could enjoy the shows without any problems. I really hope they keep up this great service in the future.

Feather jacket purchase
I ordered what was supposed to be a down feather jacket from this website, but man, what a letdown. The jacket was way heavier than any down feather jacket I've ever owned, and not in a good way. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't even send me a return label. Dealing with customer service was a joke - the chat didn't help at all, and nobody ever bothered to get back to me, no matter how many times I reached out. It's been days since I started the return process and I'm still stuck with this heavy disappointment.
