Oh my gosh, this store is seriously awesome! They have the coolest stuff ever! I bought this vibrating unicorn dildo and it's absolutely magical. The website was super easy to navigate, and they had a ton of options to pick from. And can we talk about the free shipping for orders over $89? It's seriously so great! The package came in a plain box, so no one could tell what was inside - really discreet. Overall, my shopping experience here was fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to getting more stuff!

Mixed feelings.
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered something and was hoping it would come on time, but it didn't show up when it was supposed to, which was a real pain for me. When I asked about sending the items back, I couldn't believe it when they said it would cost more than what I paid for the order. That kind of bad service is not okay and definitely made me feel like this company isn't worth it.

Instant delivery promise, delayed processing, and poor customer service
I bought something from this website and they said I'd get it right away. But it took longer than I thought, and when I contacted customer service, they said it might take 5-10 minutes. That was just the start of my problems. Eventually, they asked for my ID and pictures of my bank card out of nowhere, which was weird and made me uneasy. I've never had to do that on any other site I've shopped on. To top it off, they told me the processing would take forever, turning what was supposed to be instant into what felt like forever. Frustrated with the lack of communication and slow service, I asked for a refund and now I'm waiting to see if they'll actually do it.
