Sailing trip experience
My recent sailing trip was a bit of a letdown. Even though sailing around the islands was alright, I was expecting more. The boat had a lot of maintenance issues that took away from the fun of the trip. The guide was organized, but didn't seem to know much about the wildlife in the area. A big bummer was that there weren't any info sheets on board to help us identify the fish and animals we saw. And I noticed the crew was more focused on selling stuff than making sure we had an awesome trip. As someone who's been a skipper, I wouldn't take this boat out myself because it's not good enough for these kinds of trips. But I gotta say, the chef on board was amazing and made delicious meals the whole journey.

Suit purchase
I recently bought a suit online from this shop and I was really impressed with how good the clothes were and how awesome the customer service was. Turns out I got the wrong size pants, but Tom from customer service was super cool and helped me exchange them for the right size really quickly. He also helped me return a coat for a refund with no problems. The way he talked to me was totally professional and fair the whole time.
But, here's the thing - there weren't enough items in stock for me to buy more stuff, and they didn't say when they'd be getting more. I really wanted to snag a 1919 overcoat in my size, but it looks like I'll just have to cross my fingers and wait for it to be available again in the future.
