Blemish sticks
I had a terrible experience! I tried reaching out multiple times through emails, phone calls, and Facebook, but no one seemed interested in helping me. Customer service was awful, no apologies or attempts to fix the problems I had. Dealing with Melissa was a nightmare, she was totally clueless. After months of going back and forth, they wouldn't even send me the blemish sticks they promised. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this whole situation has been really frustrating. They ignored my questions, my replacement requests, and just ignored me in general. Such a waste of time, money, and loyalty.
