Beauty Balm in Light
I've been a customer of this company for a long time and I thought I would give their Beauty Balm in Light a try. But when it showed up, it was way too dark for me. I contacted customer service to see about exchanging it, and they got back to me so fast. Caroline took care of everything and got a new one sent out right away. I was really impressed with how quick and helpful they were. Thanks a bunch!
