I can say I have had a very bad experience with these people. I order June 26th it stated it was supposed to be here 8 to 15 days. I had to consistently email them about this package and its tracking information. The package finally arrived today and it looks nothing like the doll in the picture. The doll was supposed to come with a heartbeat it didn't. I will never order from these people again in the. The only thing about them that was good was the price of the doll so I guess you get what you pay for.
