Unfair upselling tactics
The company was really pushy trying to get me to upgrade my plan for hundreds of dollars after I bought it. Their support team is outsourced and has a hard time with English. It took them forever to deal with a copyright issue and give me my $200 refund - almost two weeks! Just a heads up for anyone else thinking of using this service: make sure you know your stuff about copyright laws because they'll totally try to take advantage of you if you don't.
