Hotel room
The No-Refund policy really sucked during the COVID-19 restrictions time period. I was scheduled to be in a bowling tournament that was canceled, therefore I did not need a 3 day hotel stay but they would not even budge in a refund even though the Governor of the State of Ohio put the kabosh on the whole tournament. Make sure that you are aware that there is a NO REFUND POLICY for any reason not Covid-19 or even DEATH......!!!!!!
