I'm really let down by how this company has been handling things. I got in touch back in July, handed over my payment for their services, and now here we are approaching September, with no updates in sight. The deadline from the IRS is looming, and I am just so frustrated by their lack of response. I've called multiple times and sent a bunch of emails to their support team, but nothing seems to work. I'm struggling here due to their lack of guidance and information. The agent I talked to today was nice enough, but all these delays and lack of communication are really stressing me out and making me feel uncertain.
