Onboarding efficiency
The software has totally changed how we bring on new hires. Our onboarding process used to take a long time, like 12 days, but now it only takes 4-5 days. Trainual has made it so we don't have to answer a bunch of questions all the time, which saves us time and makes everyone more productive. I'm really happy with how well this software has worked for us.
