My recent purchase
I just got something online and ended up having to return the whole darn order. When I got my money back, one of the items was missing! I was pretty annoyed, but I got in touch with customer service and finally connected with someone who could assist me. Even though it took a couple of days for them to get back to me, the person I talked to, Taegan, was really on the ball. They sorted out my problem quick and did it with great customer service.
