Formal Evening Dress
I bought a formal evening dress from this website not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment. They only had one photo of the dress on the site, which really didn't help me decide if I wanted it or not. On top of that, they lied about their return policy, saying they would take it back if it wasn't the right size or if it wasn't good quality for standard sizes. But when I tried to return it, they told me all dresses were custom-made, even though I picked a standard size. After a few complaints, they stopped talking to me and blocked me from reaching out to them. That kind of customer service is just not okay, and I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there to anyone.
