Velveteen lip products, color discrepancy, poor quality
I recently bought some lip products from Velveteen and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality. The colors were thin and I had to put on multiple coats to make them look okay, but then they just ended up looking thick and not nice at all. On top of that, the colors I got didn't even look like the ones I saw on the website - the red looked more like brown in person. It's annoying when what you see online isn't what you get in real life. And not having return postage for customers just makes it even more inconvenient. After this experience, I don't think I'll be buying anything from this company again.
