Drain grate
I recently bought a drain grate from this company and realized it was the wrong size shortly after I ordered it. I tried to cancel the order a few hours later since it hadn't been packed or shipped yet and wouldn't arrive for another week. But I was shocked to learn that they have a strict policy against cancellations after just a 45-minute window. It was really frustrating and inconvenient for me as a customer. The suggestion of refusing delivery when it arrives just doesn't make sense for most people. In general, I thought their return and cancellation policies were very unfair and not customer-friendly at all. I would advise others to be careful when ordering from this company in case they run into a similar problem.
