Puffin Shoes
Get used to being barefoot, you might be waiting a long time for your shoes. Me? Three months despite the shoes being "in stock" when ordered.
I get mistakes can happen and can usually roll with it, but the layers of complete and utter incompetence in delivering and accurately communicating about a shoe order from an online retailer is terrible.
I was informed of a delay after ordering and promised they would arrive in about six weeks. I received a shipping notification a couple weeks ahead of schedule, but psych ... it was a LIE. They then delayed it again another six weeks and promised that it would be shipped on a specific date. The date came and went and still no notification. Once again I reached out to the clown show and supposedly, three months after ordering, the shoes will arrive soon even though they still couldn't dislodge their head from their ... to send an email with shipping notification.
Oh, and a few weeks back I was sent an email asking me to review the purchase. That I didn't get. Of course, my poor review stating I had not received them was hidden because that is what Inkkas is all about.
