Subscription box purchase
I just subscribed to a box service and ran into a problem with one of the items not working right. But the customer service team really stepped up and took care of it right away. They went the extra mile to fix the issue on the spot. It was nice to see a company so focused on making sure their customers are happy, even the small ones. If you're on the fence about trying this subscription box, definitely give it a shot!
