West Indies cricket shirts
I bought two West Indies cricket shirts from this website not too long ago. Unfortunately, one of the shirts had a blue ink stain on it even though they came sealed. I tried reaching out to the seller through email a few times but got no reply. Eventually, they told me to send back the shirt for a refund and said they would also refund the postage cost. I followed their instructions and sent the shirt back using the cheapest tracked option. I did get a refund for the shirt, but the postage cost wasn't refunded like they said it would be. I even included all the details in the package, but my emails asking about it were ignored. It's pretty frustrating to be promised one thing and then not get the full refund I was supposed to.
