I give them an overall five star rating especially for customer service. My order was incorrect so I emailed and found the phone number and called. Karen was ABSOLUTELY the best and she did everything she could to correct my order.
I have to say I was a little skeptical at first but after speaking with her and emailing, she quickly responded and even called me back to assure me that my order would be shipping and when. Then we will determine how to handle the order I did receive and how to send it back to them.
Karen, THANK YOU so much for taking the time to help me, you have no idea how you put my mind at ease and made this transaction between us so personable. I will DEFINITELY order from you again.
