Placed an order for multiple tools on September , 2020 for just over 155 dollars.
Never heard back from them.
Sent three emails via their website Contact Us for Customer Support asking when I could expect delivery.
Received a no-reply email each time saying customer service rep would be contacting me shortly.
Never happened.
Placed a phone call directly to Customer Service and was told they had no idea when it would ship.
Finally, today 21 September 2020 I called them to formally cancel the order.
They didn't give a damn.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
