Update from first version to current version
I recently switched from the old version to the new one after using it for a few years. The customer service at this company has been amazing over the years. They've always been quick to help whenever I needed it. When I had trouble installing the software on a new computer, they offered me an upgrade to the new version for a really good price. The one-time payment I made for this software has been totally worth it for all the features it has. I've checked out other similar products, and this one is by far the best in terms of control and features. Overall, I'm really happy with the product and the service from the company.
