Dental care, crowns, filings,
DO NOT go to Tend Dental for several reasons. They overkill your insurance for services not received. Takes several weeks to a couple of months for your crown to arrive. Bad / incompetent dentists. Told me I needed ... surgery and a tooth extracted, try to send you to their own ... surgeon who will back them up but went for a second opinion and a competent ... surgeon said I did not need surgery, a crown could go on and sent me to a competent dentist who was able to put the crown on in less than 90 minutes. No waiting and he was able to help me avoid ... surgery. I am surprised they have not been sued yet. Avoid tend dental at all costs. Looks good on the outside, nice offices but utter incompetence and if you try to call them to get help, you get a general number, no one can/will help.

AVOID their products which are defective. Non-existent CSR. Their corporate tel # directs you to email them but they DO NOT reply. If you look at tweets from clients, you'll see alot of complaints about their products & lack of customer service.

BEWARE of ordering anything on sale from this company! I purchased a pricey dress on sale, but when I tried it on at home, the poofy sleeves looked too comical to wear. I requested a return authorization and never got a message with a return slip from their third-party return mgmt system. After several days, I reached out to their general support to find out what was going on, and heard back that they should have told me this item was unreturnable.
It turns out, while this dress was not marked for final sale, it is this retailer’s policy to not accept returns on sale items. Mind you, the dress is once again being sold for full price on their site since the sale ended! I have never encountered a retailer with such a shady policy, and never would have purchased this dress if I knew it couldn’t be returned. Expensive mistake, and I will NEVER buy clothing from this retailer again. I’m hoping to sell the dress on a resale site for more than I paid since the retailer can’t be bothered to do it.
