Overseas purchase experience
I had a bad experience with this company. They told me the wrong info about taxes on my purchase and shipping it abroad. To top it off, my product got lost in the mail, and even after I sent a bunch of emails, they wouldn't give me a refund for the product or the lost item. So now I'm out a hundred bucks. Their customer service was terrible, and it's obvious their policies don't care about us customers.

My experience with customer service at Watch Gang has been amazing. I've been a subscriber for two years and I've spun the wheel 11 times with no problems at all. But when I did have an issue with one of my subscription watches, the customer service team really stepped up to help me out. They were super quick to respond, gave me clear time frames for fixing the problem, and offered solutions right away. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with their service. In a world where good customer service can be rare, Watch Gang has really impressed me.

My experience with the service was great! The person I talked to knew their stuff, got things done quickly, and was really professional. They walked me through everything to make sure it was all done right. I liked getting emails confirming they got my documents and a sneak peek of my finished travel papers. The whole thing went by fast, no problems at all. And to top it off, my travel papers showed up earlier than expected - a nice bonus! I'm really happy with the service I got from this company.
