VPN setup issue resolved satisfactorily
I recently had a problem trying to set up my VPN on my Linux system, right after an update. It was really frustrating. I reached out to customer service and after a few tries, they were able to fix the issue to my liking. The folks I talked to were very professional and knew what they were doing, which was a relief. But I couldn't help feeling let down that the problem wasn't caught during the product testing phase, and only cropped up when customers like me started using it. It made me think about how many others might have run into the same problem.
