Ramona Flowers wig
I tried to buy a Ramona Flowers wig online, but I was blocked from the website for some reason. Even though it was my first time trying to shop there, I got a message saying I couldn't browse or buy anything. It was really annoying and confusing because all I wanted to do was buy a wig. I hope they fix this soon so I can shop there again.

Teeth whitening kit
I bought a teeth whitening kit not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. But when I opened up the package, one of the whitening gels had leaked out all over the place because the cap was faulty. I didn't waste any time and got in touch with their customer service right away. Can't believe how quickly they got back to me! Dale, the guy who helped me out, reached out via email and really knew his stuff. He took the time to hear me out and fixed the problem in no time. Gotta hand it to him, he was super professional and really cared about making sure I was happy. Thanks to Dale, I'm a happy customer now and will definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future.

DNA results error
I got these DNA results that were totally confusing at first, but it was just because I uploaded the wrong file. Clare over at customer support was seriously awesome in getting everything sorted out for me. She was super patient, understanding, and always quick to get back to me. She even talked to some experts to break things down for me. Her help was top-notch!
