Customized soccer jersey
I ordered a jersey and wanted it customized, but when it showed up, it had the wrong letters and numbers. Customer service was no help at all, just giving me canned responses. I think I'll take my business elsewhere since there are other stores that are more upfront about customization problems. So long, WorldSoccerShop.
