Meater 2+ purchase for gift
I bought the Meater 2+ as a gift for someone special recently. We were both really looking forward to using it, but to our surprise, I got the original Meater instead of the newer version. I tried to return it, but they said no at first. I have been trying to contact customer service through messages because there is no phone number to call. It's been a week now, and my second return request is still pending, and the return period is almost over. I am pretty disappointed with this whole situation and the lack of customer service. I might start looking at other brands that have better customer service.
