Vinyl record purchase
I wanted to share my recent experience with you guys. I bought a vinyl record from this store, and even though the ordering part was easy, I was really let down by the customer service. I came across a problem after I completed my purchase, so I tried to get in touch with customer service for help. But, no matter how many times I tried over a few days, I couldn't reach anyone. The lack of communication and support just left me feeling ignored and not happy with how everything turned out.
