Quality roses
As a customer at this company, I gotta say, they have a great idea with sending quality roses on time. But man, my own experience trying to order wasn't as smooth as I expected. The order didn't apply the discount like it said it would, so I tried to cancel right away. But dang, getting that cancellation was tough dealing with the customer service. I reached out on a Friday, but didn't get a real answer until Monday, causing all kinds of delays and frustrations. The initial responses from the company didn't really show they understood my problem. It took escalating things to get a higher-up involved to finally sort it out after 3 days. When the flowers finally showed up, they were nice and on time. My advice to the company is to step up their game with customer concerns to avoid this mess in the future.
