Faulty bike purchase
My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I bought a bike three months ago and still haven't been able to ride it because of technical issues that haven't been fixed. The customer service I've gotten during this whole thing has been terrible. I've tried reaching out for help multiple times, but all I've gotten is frustration and incompetence.

Online guitar course refund
I just signed up for this online guitar course hoping to get better at playing, but things got crazy busy and I had to cancel. The whole canceling process went pretty smoothly, although they did try to sell me some extra stuff before actually giving me my money back. I'm glad they refunded me without any issues. I have to admit, though, their sales tactics were a bit much - they were really pushy about getting me to buy more stuff and sign up for VIP services. And the amount of promotional emails they sent was just a lot to handle. I eventually unsubscribed, and thankfully the flood of emails finally stopped.

Flight ticket purchase
I recently bought some plane tickets to go from one place to another, but I didn't get any confirmation after I paid. I've been trying to contact customer service a bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten a refund for the tickets that never showed up. It's really irritating to fork over money for something and then have no idea what's going on or how to fix it.

I just got this amazing heart-shaped blush compact and I am seriously obsessed with it! The packaging was super secure and made sure the product got to my door in one piece. The blush itself is my new fave. It's got such rich color that gives me the perfect flush whenever I put it on.

Shirt and lingerie
I ordered 2 items from Curve Styles at the end of April (4/22/2020 and 4/27/2020) and it is now June 12, 2020 and I still have not received my items. I did reach out to the company about this issue May 13,2020 and I got a reply basically saying it was listed on the web site that due to the merchandise coming from China and the borders being closed, shopping would take an additional 30 to 35 days. I was never aware of this because it was not listed on the web site and if I never reached out, I probably never would have known. I will not ever order from this site again. The lack of communication is terrible. The status of my orders was updated once a month which is absurd. The company told me not to worry about ordering with them, but as previously stated I won't purchase anything again and I will tell others not to order through them either.

The only positive thing I have to say about my order is that it was easy to order online. After that, I have nothing but negative. I ordered this for a boudoir shoot that ended up being the first week in June because of Covid. I ordered my item on April 20th, 2020 and on April 28th, 2020 I received an email saying it was sent to the post office for shipping. Tracking did not work, I emailed "customer service" several times asking about my order and it was blamed on everything being delayed because of Covid. All my other packages that I ordered from other places in that time frame came in a timely manner. The last 2 times I emailed "customer service" I asked for my money back and not to ship the item because I don't want it anymore. My last email they never even responded to. Well it came a week after my shoot, so it took 1.5 months to get to me. Opened the outer package to see about returning and there wasn't an invoice shipped with it. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I have a record. I ordered a size 16/18 and the sticker on the inner packages says 5X. What am I supposed to do with an item 5 times bigger???
I had the same issues! I will stick with ordering from Yandy, Love Honey or Spicy Lingerie from now on!
