Hand massager
I bought a hand massager from the store, but it stopped working. When I called customer service, they said they were out of stock and suggested another one from China. But that replacement was too small, and I couldn't use it properly. I asked to return it and get the original one back, but they didn't listen. Now I'm left with a massager that doesn't work for me. If this happens to you, make sure you think twice about their suggestions before agreeing to a replacement.
