Customer service experience
I just wanted to share that I had a great experience talking to a customer service rep named Sian. She was so helpful and really quick at taking care of my question. She knew her stuff and was super professional, which made me feel good about the company. I definitely think the customer service team rocks at this company and I'll be happy to contact them again if I need help in the future.

Special prayers request
I saw this ad on Facebook about a special prayer being read at holy sites in Jerusalem, so I was like "why not?" I decided to send in a prayer for my cousin who's been feeling under the weather lately. I was actually really surprised when I got an email with pictures of my prayer at the holy site I picked. It was pretty amazing to see my request up there like that! Honestly, I had totally forgotten I had even submitted it. They even included a letter with it, which was a nice touch. If you ever need someone to send a prayer for you, this place is the real deal! It's almost like you're right there even though you're miles away. Big thanks to the Team for giving me this unique experience!
