Premium next day delivery purchase
I recently paid for the fancy next day delivery service but ran into a problem trying to use it. So, I hit up customer service on Instagram and was pretty happy with how quick and helpful they were. Lauren, the person I talked to, was super professional and nice while dealing with my issue. She not only sorted it out that same day but also gave me another option since the service I wanted wasn't an option anymore. I was really impressed with how helpful and friendly she was in fixing everything. All in all, I was really happy with the customer service I got.
