Terrible cars, bad customer service
Man, this company is just awful! My friend rented cars from them and every single one was a disaster. One had syringes in it, another was damaged, one wouldn't turn off, there were empty liquor bottles in one, and they were all filthy. And on top of that, they locked her out of a car she paid for and left it abandoned with her stuff inside! Terrible, just terrible! Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Go with a legit rental company instead.

Video player purchase
I was really let down by the video player I got from this company. It was supposed to be the top free choice out there, but it turned out to be the worst player I've ever tried. Dealing with the limitations of the player was annoying, and I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work right. It seemed like the developers didn't really care about making a good product, and I was just really disappointed with the whole experience.

Unexpected destination, pleasant surprises
I just booked a Waynabox trip and man, let me tell you, the destination they sent us to was a pleasant surprise! At first, I was kinda bummed about it, but we ended up absolutely loving the city and had such a blast exploring all the cool stuff there. Our hotel hooked us up with this killer view from our room on the 6th floor, plus having a supermarket, bus stop, and train station close by made everything super easy. The flights were smooth, and the overall travel experience was a breeze. It was such an awesome trip, full of little surprises that made it all the more special!
