Full Lace HD Wig
I purchased this wig and was so excited to receive it. This would have been my very first wig. When I finally received it, the color was much darker than described, the lace was cut even though it said it was uncut in the description, there was thread was coming apart in various parts, and it smelled very fragrant. It seems like this wig was used used and returned. Customer service was terrible. They took forever to respond each time I reached out. I constantly had to follow-up with them. They took so long to respond that I missed the return/exchange window and they wouldn't help me at all. I do not recommend this company due to poor products and even poorer customer service.
